I just wanted to say how great my experience was with The Piano Smith. Matt did a wonderful job cleaning and tuning my 1936 Knabe spinet piano. In addition to the quality work done, Matt was engaging and informative throughout the entire process. He pointed out different points of interest inside the piano and shared facts about function and design aspects of the instrument. The piano has never played or sounded better in the 25 years I’ve owned it and I can’t recommend highly enough the talents of Matthew Smith as a piano technician.
